Sculpture Subscription Packages
Below outlines the various subscription packages offered for Sculpture, along with the level of involvement required from the CS Team for each package.
Basic
- Features: BarTrack will provide app access and flow data to the 20/20 Sculpture platform.
- BarTrack Client Success Manager:
- The CSM will assist the Sculpture franchisee with general inquiries regarding the app.
- The CSM is not responsible for providing support or responding to inquiries from the franchisee’s clients.
- The franchisee is responsible for onboarding their customer.
- The franchisee is responsible for training their customer.
- The franchisee or the franchisee’s customer is responsible for updating the BarTrack app.
- The CSM will provide integration support for data transfers between the BarTrack app and the Sculpture 20/20 platform.
- The CSM will assist the Sculpture franchisee with general inquiries regarding the app.
Premium
- Features:
- BarTrack will provide app access and flow data to the 20/20 Sculpture platform.
- POS Integration.
- SKU Mapping automation: BarTrack will map the customers SKU’s for the BarTrack efficiency reports only.
- BarTrack will provide efficiency reporting that includes waste segmentation. This feature will enable you to pinpoint areas of loss, promoting greater staff accountability and efficiency within your customer’s operations.
- BarTrack Client Success Manager:
- The CSM will provide personalized BarTrack app training sessions and programs to the franchisee.
- The CSM is not responsible for providing support or responding to inquiries from the franchisee’s clients.
- The CSM will align the POS for automated SKU mapping management for BarTrack reporting only.
- The CSM will provide the franchisee with customized training for BarTrack reporting.
- The CSM is not responsible for providing support or responding to inquiries from the franchisee’s clients.
- The CSM will meet monthly with the franchisee and will assess the overall efficiency of all your accounts, providing updates on specific accounts that may require additional attention or support.
- Full access to your CSM to address any inquiries the franchisee may have regarding the BarTrack app, including reporting or integration issues.
- The CSM will provide personalized BarTrack app training sessions and programs to the franchisee.
Premium+
- Features:
- All features that are included in the premium package.
- App Management:
- BarTrack will update the app for the franchisee. These updates will include:
- Keg Changes/Updating keg levels.
- Adding inventory.
- Backing out missed line cleanings.
- Ensuring the app is updated prior to a Sculpture site visit.
- BarTrack will update the app for the franchisee. These updates will include:
- Additional charge of $50 a month.
- Sculpture Requirements:
- The franchisee’s customer is responsible for providing weekly updates to an assigned Google Doc. These updates include:
- Changing a tap from one brand to another: What tap the new beverage was added to.
- Weekly inventory updates.
